Pan roasted East coast halibut, fava beans. golden squash, zucchini, fingerling potato, extra virgin olive oil and tomato jus. Dinner $32

Battuto di Pollo:
Thin pounded Bell & Evans chicken breast with olive oil and fresh herbs, wild arugula, frisee, heirloom cherry tomato, red onion with eggplant croutons.  Lunch $16   Dinner $22

Costata di Maiale:
Pan roasted center cut pork chop with sweet Holland peppers, fresh hot peppers and fingerling potato. $29
